JUNIOR PROCESS ENGINEER

We are looking for a Jr. Process Engineer to join the Process Engineering team. Reporting to and under the direction of the Sr. Process Engineering Lead, the Jr. Process Engineer has three main functions: support the process development team, interface with vendors, and maintain process equipment.

Responsibilities

Support process development team by performing experiments, collect data, and analyze results to draw conclusion and present them to the team.

Interface with vendors of metrology equipment used in assigned projects.

Develop process to fabricate new MEMS devices using MICA freeform process as per customer's requirements.

Maintain process equipment used for metrology and measurements in assigned projects.

Create work instruction and train operator in relation with metrology and inspection process for assigned projects.

Participate in R&D efforts to develop new technologies for the assigned projects.

Prepare reports on process troubleshooting and root cause analysis.

Education & Training

Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Masterials Science & Enginering or related engineering field.

Required Skills

At least one (1) year experience in the following:

--Photolithography process to fabricate MEMS tensile testing device

--Performing tensile testing of thin film using MEMS stages

--Using Digital Image Correclation (DIC) to compute the stress and strain of the material in MATLAB
